Driven by an innate desire to harmonize the mind and body, JoAnn delved deep into the ancient practice of yoga. A certified Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), she is an experienced 200-hour and 500-hour yoga teacher with training from esteemed institutions like YogaWorks, Shanti Yoga School, and Mind Body Zone.
JoAnn's teaching transcends the physical; it's a spiritual voyage. She masterfully blends the dynamic flow of vinyasa with the restorative stillness of deep relaxation, creating a practice that is both invigorating and calming.
